Kyrié the Foodié + Real Farmer Jeff
Welcome to our kitchen and garden! We’re Kyrié and Jeff—a foodie and a farmer—sharing approachable recipes and fresh-from-the-garden inspiration.
Hi, we’re Kyrié (kee-ree-ay) + Jeff!
We’re a recipe-loving foodie and a backyard farmer sharing fresh, approachable meals inspired by our tiny Utah garden and multicultural roots. I’m Kyrie—a home cook blending Japanese and American flavors to create dishes that are comforting, flavorful, and never intimidating. My mom, who’s from Sendai, Japan, taught me the joy of cooking from the heart, and it’s a tradition I love passing on.
Jeff, aka Real Farmer Jeff, is the garden genius behind our produce. His passion—especially for tomatoes—has turned our little plot into a surprisingly productive space filled with herbs, eggplants, squash, and more. You’ll often find me cooking with whatever he just picked.
We got married in August 2024, and now we spend most days cooking, gardening, and sharing it all with you. We’re so glad you’re here.
