Scale
- 1 lb salmon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce (add more or less depending on your spice preference)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prep with a thin layer of oil.
- Cut the salmon into individual portions if desired. Pat each piece dry with a paper towel, then rub the spice mix (salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika) evenly over the top of the salmon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce until smooth. Set half of the sauce aside for serving later.
- Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a small spoonful of the bang bang sauce over the top of each piece.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then switch to broil (select to broil on high if your oven has the option; otherwise just select broil) for another 2 – 3 minutes, or until the salmon is slightly caramelized and golden on top.
- Drizzle the reserved bang bang sauce over the salmon before serving. Enjoy!
