Description

My homemade Calpico is a sweet, tangy, and slightly creamy Japanese soft drink made with yogurt, often enjoyed for its refreshing flavor.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 3 strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Slightly crush the diced strawberries in a cup using a fork.
  2. Add 2 cups of water, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and the juice from 1 lemon.
  3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon and enjoy!
